Everyone complains that bits get stuck in the blade. I didn't have this problem. Sure they stay in there while you are cutting, just cut more and they come out. Washing is super easy. A quick rinse and the job is done. I use these for cutting parsley for burgers. They work wonders. I plan on buying them for everyone!

Kale salad is everyone's darling these days but cutting the kale into thin enough ribbons to make an enjoyable salad from the typically tough leaves is TIME CONSUMING. Using these scissors is perfect and they can be used on any other green for a nice chopped salad.

The blades are ok, could definitely be sharper for a nicer edge for presentation on a plate. What it really needs is a blade cleaner which I've noticed other models come with. It's like a brush to get sweep out the bits stuck between the blades, because herb get stuck in there every time
