  • Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, shipping and receiving and warehouse procedures
  • Assist in the execution and maintenance of merchandising and housekeeping standards

  • Knoweldge and skills required:

  • Computer skills; ability to learn technological systems with ease
  • Stand/walk for 8 hours; Lift up to 40lbs; Ladder use up to 10 feet
  • Flexibility in scheduling including extended days, evenings and weekends
  • Work additional shifts during peak holiday season



  • Contribute to the management of store expenses and operational performance to add to the success of a dynamic retail environment
  • Provide support, training and career development for a diverse team of employees with a focus on developing exceptional customer service skills and a positive impact on sales performance
  • Provide leadership and assistance for on-floor merchandising requirements
  • Enforce proper health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

  • Knowledge and skills required:

  • Retail experience with proven to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
  • Demonstrated supervisory and coaching skills and an ability to share your knowledge and learning
  • Highly developed merchandising and sales knowledge
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with POS and inventory systems

    • - Receives products arriving in our warehouse (lifting up to 44 lbs. required)
    • - Verifies all incoming products
    • - Enters new arrivals into computer inventory system
    • - Prices merchandise accordingly
