SHIFT LEADER


This position works under the direction of the Store Management teams, helping to direct work during shifts in the absence of Store Management. Shift Leaders will communicate and delegate appropriate responsibilities to store staff to ensure smooth flow of operations, and will also oversee store openings and closings, when required.


Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Effective communication and team building skills
  • Ability to give clear directions and set expectations for staff
  • Must have open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends




  • ASSISTANT MANGER


    You'll be an integral part of your store's operations, in the areas of financial performance, staffing, training and development, customer satisfaction, product quality, merchandising standards and welcoming atomosphere for customers.


    Requirements

  • Progressive retail experience with proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills and an ability to share your knowledge and learning
  • Experience in recruiting, selecting and retaining talent
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational ability to successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications
  • Strnog computer skills, including proficiency with POS and inventory systems
  • Two years retail management experience
