Telephone and e-mail scams are on the rise so it's important to protect yourself. In particular, never respond to unsolicited
messages from companies asking for your personal or financial information, even though you may recognize these companies
or do business with them.
Please note:
Kitchen Stuff Plus will never call or send you an e-mail asking you to disclose or verify your credit card information.
This should only be submitted by you when completing an order on kitchenstuffplus.com or if you have contacted Kitchen Stuff
Plus directly about your order.
In rare circumstances, if we need to discuss your order and/or payment information, we will contact you by e-mail and provide
a secure way to communicate with a Kitchen Stuff Plus customer service representative.
Under no circumstances will we ever ask you for your banking account information, social insurance number or PIN numbers
and passwords of any kind.
We will never call you at home or at work for unsolicited promotional purposes or to conduct a survey.
For Your Protection: Never send personal or credit card information in your e-mail messages to anyone. Because e-mail messages
are not encrypted, they can be intercepted and read by third parties.

- the subject is customer-service related, i.e., you have an item on layaway, have placed a special order, are part of our
gift registry, etc.
- there is a problem with your online order
- we are responding to a phone call you have placed with our head office or one of our stores.

- the subject is customer-service related, i.e., you have an item on layaway, have placed a special order, are part of our
gift registry, etc.
- you have signed up to receive our promotional e-mail news for the first time and are asked to confirm your subscription
- you are a member of our promotional e-mail news which entitles you to receive our weekly messages about our flyers, offers,
coupons and Red Hot Deals
- there is a problem with your online order
- we are responding to an e-mail you have sent to our head office or one of our stores
- you are our latest shopping spree winner
If you receive a phone call or an e-mail that does not pertain to any of the above scenarios, disregard the request being
made in the message and report the incident to us by sending an e-mail to contactus@kitchenstuffplus.com
If you are suspicious of an e-mail you have received regarding Kitchen Stuff Plus, forward the e-mail to postmaster @ kitchenstuffplus.com
and we will confirm whether or not it was sent by our head office or one of our stores.
