Wash with care under hot running water. Use a nylon brush and liquid soap to clean thoroughly. Always be careful when washing blades as they are extremely sharp. Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on your Solo Mandolin.Please be aware:
A mandolin is designed for use with firm and semi-firm fruits and vegetables and is not the ideal product for slicing tomato or other soft fruit.
