Great!Review by JB

I found this easy to install as one person, just follow the instructions provided and you will be okay. I cannot attest to the rust resistance, but it looks great in my bathroom over the tub. I only gave it four stars because i do not find the baskets are very large and the toothbrush holder seems non-functional. (Posted on 2017-02-21)
Looks good, functions wellReview by Amy

I'm in agreement with the other reviews here that the installation of this item was not so simple. However, once the poles and the shelves were in the desired places and I managed to prop it between the base and the ceiling, it looks great and meets all of my needs. It keeps things looking very neat and organized in the bathtub/shower and it has not rusted (I've used it for almost 2 years now). I've purchased some small "S" hooks from Home Depot that I've placed on the shelves so I can hang my loofah sponge or whatever else.

I've purchased 3 of these so far - 1 for my bathroom, 1 for my parents' bathroom, and 1 in my condo laundry room closet (it fits right in the corner, hidden away, and holds all my cleaning supplies). It's very stable at least for me, as the tension of the spring is tight for the heights that I need it for. Overall, good purchase for the price. Just need more user friendly installation instructions :) (Posted on 2017-01-18)
nice idea but frustrating to installReview by ladyj

I bought this thinking it would be easy since it said no tools or drlling needed. Its a great idea for people like me that use a lot of products and don't have enough space in my bathroom storage. It was very frustrating to put together. the pieces kept falling apart and the spring that comes with it was just not working well. After hours of frustration I left the spring out and 2 of the poles..I finally got it to stay up by forcing it to the ceiling of my tub and so far after a few hours its still together. Not sure how long it will last but for now it will do. I wouldn't pay the regular price for it for sure. I think the intructions was more confusing. Anyone looking to buy this prepare to be frustrated or just put it together the best way to fir your bathroom (Posted on 2016-10-25)
Hard to assembleReview by Carolyn
How do you rate this product?
I bought this on a great deal. However, a spring was missing and we had to use an old one. It's flimsy in design and falls apart quickly. It definitely takes 2 people to assemble it. Looks good but I do miss a deep basket as I had in my previous model. I will see how it goes. I may have to chalk this up to a bad purchase and look for an alternative in the near future. Nice to look but horrible to installReview by L.A.

This is one of the best looking tension poles with a well thought out functionality design I've seen on the market for this price. However, this has been the most painful assembly experience ever! First of all, do not bother following the instructions as the pieces do not fit properly in the way they describe. You literally have to force pieces together or put them in a totally different order as instructed to assemble. The finish product for a really, really tall ceiling is not stable compared to my previous tension rod from Bed Bath and Beyond. But it is holding up so far. (Posted on 2014-01-13)
Top and bottom caps very cheap plastic; be careful!Review by Kathy
How do you rate this product?
After a frustrating hour, the pieces all came together until I noticed the bottom plastic cap had split. Then when I was putting the tension bar in place, my hand slipped and the tension bar came flying out and when it hit the floor, the flat part of the top plastic cap was sheered off. So now the plastic caps at both ends are broken. The unit is installed (with broken caps in place) and seems sturdy enough. There is no where on the box or in the instructions, to call to get replacement caps. May have to use some black electrical tape on the bottom cap, and pray the top cap never slips out of place or it will probably damage the tile. (Posted on 2014-01-12)
Hard to assemble, but looks elegantReview by Sima

Honestly if i have known how hard would it be to assemble this, i would never have bought it in the first place. Although it looks so nice in my bath, it doesn't worse it.
Pro
- price was good
- looks nice and elegant
- creat lots lots of space
Cons
- hard to assemble and worst possible direction to do this (Posted on 2014-01-10)
Super functonal, but need two people to installReview by Laura

The product is quite good, and customizable to any height you need. It beats the plastic sucky shelves that will fall down. It's sturdy and can fit lots of things.

The order of assembly isn't really that feasible, and easiest to measure out the length, put all the shelves in the order you want (without attaching them to the pole, THEN do the tension rod, THEN arrange the shelves. Otherwise, i think can cause headaches. and you should have another person helping.

Otherwise, I'm very pleased with this. (Posted on 2013-04-15)
not easy to install-not stableReview by Al
How do you rate this product?
I had to cut one of the poles with a hacksaw, as the instruction suggests, to be able to install this (otherwise, it would fall apart with a slight touch).
Even after customizing the height of the pole, it does not look that stable. (Posted on 2012-10-21)
