At Kitchen Stuff Plus, we're proud of the quality, value and wide selection of what we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please view our return policy below:

 

In-store purchases with a receipt

Changed your mind? Simply return the unused item in its original packaging. Only products that can be sold as new will be accepted for return. No exceptions.

Within 30 days, we will offer a full refund in the same tender as the original purchase.

After 30 days, you will receive a credit note at a value equal to the item's lowest selling price in the last 90 days. Items will be accepted for return only if still stocked in our stores. No refunds will be issued without a receipt. 

 

In-store purchases without a receipt

We will issue you a credit note at a value equal to the item's lowest selling price in the last 90 days. No refunds under any circumstances. Items will be accepted for return only if still stocked in our stores. We reserve the right to refuse any return if original receipt is not provided.

 

Returning online orders to a store location

You may return online orders at any of our store locations. Please bring your packing slip with you to act as a receipt. If your order was processed using PayPal, a credit note is the only refund option available in-store.


All returns must comply with our In-store Return Policy.

 

Returning online orders by mail

If your package arrives damaged or defective (or you've simply changed your mind), and you are unable to return it to a store location, we will arrange to replace it by mail.

Please e-mail us at wwwcare@kitchenstuffplus.com within 30 days of receipt of product.

E-mail inquiries will be replied from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Please provide the following:

  • Original invoice number (found on your packing slip, example: KSPW38493)
  • The product code of the unused item, in its original packaging
  • Size of the item's box you will be sending
  • IMPORTANT: Please do not send back orders before contacting us.


We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances. Unless an incorrect or damaged item has been sent to you, the shipping charge will be your responsibility.


If you change your mind about the product, you must send the package with the freight prepaid otherwise the package will be refused. You can also go to any of our convenient locations to return or exchange your items. Simply bring in the item and the receipt that was sent to you with your purchase.

 

Exceptions to our return policies

Used or without original packaging
We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances.

 

Seasonal Items

We will accept seasonal items for return only if returned a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date (e.g., Halloween, Christmas).

- Summer items (patioware, outdoor candles and lanterns, BBQ items, etc.) will be accepted for return prior to August 15 only.

- Holiday items (ornaments, Christmas textiles, holiday decorations, chargers, etc.) will be accepted for return prior to December 17 only.

All seasonal items are FINAL SALE after these dates.

 

Non-Holiday products purchased as holiday gifts can be returned within 30 days in accordance with our return policy, or until January 15th if they were marked as a holiday gift at checkout, whichever is longer.


Appliances

1-Year Warranty for defective appliances. Warranty applies to products purchased in-store only, not available for online purchases. Original purchase receipt required. Warranty does not apply to Nespresso products – all defects on Nespresso products are handled directly through Nespresso's 'Nespresso Club' program.

For appliances ordered online we are able to accept  returns on defective appliances within 30 days from the purchase date.

Some appliances are covered by extended manufacturer's warranties which vary depending on the brand. Kitchen Stuff Plus DOES NOT honour extended warranties. Customers must follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions and return the product to one of their service centres. We will be happy to direct you to the nearest location.

 

Final Sale items
In-store signage and price tags clearly mark selected items as "Final Sale". In these cases, the prices are so low (often below cost) that we will not accept the merchandise for return.

 


Warehouse Sale, Sidewalk Sales & Tent Sales
Items purchased at any of our warehouse or sidewalk sales are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
We will, however, replace any items that are defective where possible.
