Make perfect gravy every time. Fill the separator with the juices from your roasting pan and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. The fat will rise to the top. The placement of the spout close to the bottom permits you to pour off the gravy, leaving the excess fat behind. Less fat helps make a more flavourful and healthy gravy!
