I placed an order online – why haven't I received my email confirmation?
You should have received your first confirmation email after placing your order – this signifies we have received your order and it has been added to the queue.
If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please double check your junk mail and spam filters to ensure you are receiving updates.
When will my order be packed and shipped?
You will receive a second email confirmation once your order has been packed. Due to the high volume of online orders, we are experiencing delays with packing orders.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been sent for delivery, you will receive a third confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number. Be advised that Canada Post is also experiencing significant delays with providing tracking codes to our customers, but be assured that it will come!

Can I return/exchange my order?
Please note, any returns will have to be processed in-store. We will accept returns for items purchased between February 16 - May 21, 2020 until June 22, 2020. Our standard return policy conditions will still apply. Our standard Return Policy will apply to any purchases made on or after May 22, 2020. Review our full Return Policy here.
Can I use my coupon online?
At present, your 20% off Welcome Coupon can only be used when you select Click and Collect. On the Confirmation Pick Up Form, put your code in "Promotional Code", and remember to bring it with you when you go to pick up your order. Please note that the discount will be applied when you pick up and pay for your items.
I have an issue with my online purchase – can I order over the phone?
Our Customer Service team is always happy to help troubleshoot with your online shopping experience, however we’re unable to take orders over the phone due to payment process limitations.

I forgot to add items to my order – can you add them for me?
Once you have submitted your order, we cannot make any adjustments. We invite you to start a new order at this point.
Can I order a SodaStream or CO2 canister refill online?
SodaStream CO2 canisters are now available online for purchase or exchange, but only through Click & Collect. See locations offering Click & Collect here.
Can I use my credit note to make an online purchase?
Credit notes cannot be used to make online purchases, but they also don’t expire, so you can use them in-store.
