Purchases made in-store

Changed your mind? Simply return the unused item in its original packaging. Only products that can be sold as new will be accepted for return. No exceptions.

Within 30 days, we will offer a full refund in the same tender as the original purchase.

After 30 days, you may receive a credit note at a value equal to the item's lowest selling price in the last 90 days. Items will be accepted for return only if still stocked in our stores. No refunds will be issued without a receipt.

You may return online orders at any of our store locations. Please bring your packing slip, or order number, with you to act as a receipt.

PAYPAL RETURNS: Please note all sales processed using Paypal will be refunded onto a credit note.

All returns must comply with our In-store Return Policy

If your package arrives damaged or defective (or you've simply changed your mind), and you are unable to return it to a store location, it can be returned to our webstore by mail.

Please email our Web Store team within 30 days of receipt of product.

E-mail inquiries will be replied from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Please provide the following:

  • Original Order Number (found on your packing slip)
  • The product code of the unused item, in its original packaging
  • Size of the item's box you will be sending
  • IMPORTANT: Please do not send back orders before contacting us.
  • We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances. Unless an incorrect or damaged item has been sent to you, the shipping charge will be your responsibility.
  • If you change your mind about the product, you must send the package with the freight prepaid otherwise the package will be refused. You can also go to any of our convenient locations to return or exchange your items. Simply bring in the item and the receipt that was sent to you with your purchase.

Furniture

Furniture transfers from our warehouse require full deposit. Furniture transfers cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If we do not hear from you after 30 days of our notification that your transfer has arrived at the store and is available for pickup, the transfer will be cancelled and your deposit will become non-refundable.

Furniture can be returned for refund within 30 days, under the following conditions:

  1. With receipt, factory sealed, unopened, and unused, in the original condition
  2. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to furniture returns which were transferred from our warehouse, another location, or delivered. Any associated delivery fee is non-refundable.

Any return which does not meet the above criteria will be assessed for return and will be charged a restocking fee, starting at 15% of the purchase price. Any returns approved in these instances will be in the form of a store credit note.

All floor models, in-store reduced items, and special order furniture are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damage as a result of assembly is not deemed as defect and is therefore not eligible for return.

For issues regarding defective furniture, DO NOT RETURN TO STORE. Please contact us within 14 days - email contactus@kitchenstuffplus.com with a detailed description of the issue, along with a photo and we will provide you with further instructions.

In the case of damaged or defective items, refunds will only be issued for items that we are unable to replace.


Exemptions

We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances.

We will accept seasonal items for return only if returned a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date (e.g., Halloween, Christmas).>

  • Summer items (patioware, outdoor candles and lanterns, BBQ items, etc.) will be accepted for return prior to August 15 only.
  • Holiday items (ornaments, Christmas textiles, holiday decorations, chargers, etc.) will be accepted for return prior to December 17 only.

All seasonal items are FINAL SALE after these dates.

We will accept returns on holiday gift items until January 15, or within 30 days (whichever is longer). Note that Christmas department items are seasonal items and cannot be returned after December 17.

Kitchen Stuff Plus offers a 1-Year Warranty for defective appliances. Warranty applies to products purchased in-store only, not available for online purchases. Original purchase receipt required.

Warranty does not apply to Nespresso products – all defects on Nespresso products are handled directly through Nespresso's 'Nespresso Club' program.

For all other brand appliances, please contact the manufacturer directly.

From time to time, Kitchen Stuff Plus sells refurbished appliances. These items will be clearly marked as refurbished on the sales floor and on the product packaging. Our 1-Year Warranty does not apply to these products. All warranty-related claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer. No returns or exchanges will be provided in-store unless the product was purchased within the last 30 days, and is unused and it its original packaging.

For appliances ordered online we are able to accept returns on defective appliances within 30 days from the purchase date.

Some appliances are covered by extended manufacturer's warranties which vary depending on the brand. Kitchen Stuff Plus does not honour extended warranties. Customers must follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions and return the product to one of their service centres. We will be happy to direct you to the nearest location.

In-store signage and price tags clearly mark selected items as "Final Sale". In these cases, the prices are so low (often below cost) that we will not accept the merchandise for return.

Items purchased at any of our warehouse or sidewalk sales are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. We will, however, replace any items that are defective where possible.

Warehouse Sale, Sidewalk Sales & Tent Sales

Items purchased at any of our warehouse or sidewalk sales are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. We will, however, replace any items that are defective where possible.

FAMILY DAY: Monday February 15, 2021. All stores will be closed for Click & Collect Pick Up.

All stores are now open, and regular Return Policies still apply.

Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are open as of June 30 – we will extend the return policy at these locations until July 30, 2021. Our regular return policies still apply.

We will accept returns for any purchases made between April 8, 2021 and June 11, 2021, until July 11, 2021. Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are temporarily closed, therefore we cannot accommodate returns at these locations at this time. We will extend the return policy at these locations until 1 month after these stores reopen, or you are welcome to return your purchase at any other location. Our regular return policies still apply.

RETURNS: Our Cloverdale Mall store does not have storefront pick up, therefore we cannot accommodate returns, and can only accept debit or credit card for payment at this time (at this locations). Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are temporarily closed, therefore we cannot accommodate returns at these locations at this time. We will extend the return policy at these locations until 1 month after these stores reopen, or you are welcome to return your purchase at any other location.
