The size does not always matter - as proven by the small cleaver of the series ZWILLING Pro. With its 4.5" long blade, you can effortlessly chop garlic or dissect a chicken. The balanced weight ratio and the ergonomic handle in the three-rivet design, no great muscle power when working in the kitchen is necessary. The blade was made of stainless steel ZWILLING special melt. This makes it particularly corrosion resistant and durable. As part of the production, the FRIODUR blade was additionally refined in a special ice hardening process. The cleaver scores with its functionality and appealing look.
