Eastgate Mall Pick Up

Now that your order is ready for pick up, please follow these instructions:

  1. Come to the store check out and tell our staff that you are picking up a Click & Collect Order.
  2. We accept credit cards, debit, Kitchen Stuff Plus Gift Cards, and cash.
  1. If there is a line-up outside the store, let the staff at the door know that you are picking up a Click & Collect Order.
  2. Proceed to the cash desk, give the staff the Name on the Order. Payment will be made in the store.
  1. Park in the lot on the Centennial Parkway Side. Use the entrance between Winners and Urban Planet. The store is located across from Sport Chek.
  2. Call the store (905) 561-5151 and give your Name and Order Number to the staff and they will have your order ready at the cash.
  3. Enter the store, let an Associate know you are picking up a Click & Collect order.
  4. Payment will be made inside.
  1. Park in the lot on the Centennial Parkway Side. Park in the designated Click & Collect spots and take note of the Spot Number.
  2. Call the store (905) 561-5151 and give your Name, Order Number and Parking Spot Number to the staff. Provide staff with your method of payment.
  3. The staff will come to your vehicle to process payment and bring your items.

Note: Access to the mall is currently restricted – only customers shopping at essential businesses are allowed inside.

Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are open as of June 30 – we will extend the return policy at these locations until July 30, 2021. Our regular return policies still apply.

We will accept returns for any purchases made between April 8, 2021 and June 11, 2021, until July 11, 2021. Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are temporarily closed, therefore we cannot accommodate returns at these locations at this time. We will extend the return policy at these locations until 1 month after these stores reopen, or you are welcome to return your purchase at any other location. Our regular return policies still apply.

RETURNS: Our Cloverdale Mall store does not have storefront pick up, therefore we cannot accommodate returns, and can only accept debit or credit card for payment at this time (at this locations). Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are temporarily closed, therefore we cannot accommodate returns at these locations at this time. We will extend the return policy at these locations until 1 month after these stores reopen, or you are welcome to return your purchase at any other location. As of December 1, 2022, we will be charging $0.05 per plastic bags to minimize consumption of single-use plastics. Cost for the number of bags will be added in-store to each sale. We encourage customers to bring their own reusable bags during pick-up to remove this cost.
