Price Match Policy

The best prices are always at Kitchen Stuff Plus! If you find a lower price on an identical In-Stock item from a local retailer, we'll match their current selling price and give you an additional 10% off * as a credit towards your purchase.

Price Match is available only with proof of current, advertised retail price for identical in-stock items at the closest competing location to the store that is initiating the price match for you. The competitor's price must be in effect at the time of the Price Match request. It must be the identical brand, model and brand new/factory sealed. The Price Match cannot be combined with any other offer, rebate, or coupon.

To request a Price Match, present us with proof of a competitor's lower priced item. Once the Kitchen Stuff Plus staff verifies that the item is in-stock and available for sale at the lower price, you will receive your credit.

*Appliances, Global, ZWILLING and Henckels branded items qualify for Price Match only, we do not offer an additional 10% off. We reserve the right to refuse a Price Match request and to limit quantities.

We do not price match the following items:

  • Special Orders
  • Items advertised with limited or minimum quantities available
  • All "Black Friday" and "Cyber Monday" sales (typically November and December) and Boxing Day & Week (typically late December to early January)
  • Coupons, special educational prices, free or bonus offers, liquidations, transactions involving special discounts, SodaStream canister exchanges, gift with purchase, bundling of items, going out of business prices, multi-buys, clearance offers, after-rebate or mail-in offers
  • Internet pricing, offers valid only online or auction website prices
  • Advertising errors or misprinted prices of other retailers
  • Retailers that require paid membership or loyalty programs
  • Previous purchases

Online Purchase Price Match

Unfortunately, due to the multitude of factors that affect pricing when shopping online, we do not offer Price Match for purchases made on Our Price Match offer is available at our store front locations only - excluding our warehouse sale location.

Price Adjustments To Our Own Promotions

If we reduce the price of an item within 14 DAYS of when you purchased it (online or in-store), you can bring your receipt into a STORE and we will issue a CREDIT NOTE for the price difference. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to process price adjustments online.

We do not offer price matching on the following:

  • Clearance or discontinued products
  • Seasonal products after FINAL SALE date in December
  • Special offers such as Red Hot Deals, Flyer pricing, or rebates
  • Transactions involving special discounts (such as items reduced due to damages, or volume discounts)
  • Final Sale items
  • Products purchased at Tent Sales or Warehouse Sales.
