Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, though there may be delays depending on product availability and volume. You will be contacted should there be any significant changes and delays to your order.
We are currently working on ways to safely deliver our furniture items to you right at home. In the meantime, please contact any of our locations and someone will be happy to help you with your furniture purchase.
We ship through Canada Post, and Envoi for deliveries in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). You will receive an email notice when your Canada Post order ships, with a tracking number for each package. Shipping times vary according to the destination of your package. Visit Canada Post for an estimated shipping time (use "Ship from Postal code": L4W 0A8). We use a local ‘last mile’ courier company for many orders across the GTA to deliver your stuff as quickly as possible! Once the order has been dispatched to the company they will contact you to let you know your order is on the way!

We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivery and a local last mile courier company to get your stuff to you as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Although we make every effort to ensure these quotes are accurate, we reserve the right to refuse orders with major discrepancies between shipping quote and our actual shipping cost.
We offer Free* Shipping for online orders with a product subtotal of $75 or more, excluding taxes and charges. Read our Free Shipping Policy

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number for your items from Canada Post. Track your Canada Post order.

Canada Post will attempt to deliver your package once. In the case that your package is not safe dropped, you will receive a notice to pick up your package at your local Canada Post (location & location hours will be indicated on notice). Please visit Canada Post for more details.
Our local GTA courier will safe drop your package.
Items may be returned to Kitchen Stuff Plus if deemed undeliverable due to addressing errors, refused at the point of delivery, or not picked up from their Canada Post location after a certain period of time. We will make three attempts to contact the purchaser.
If the purchaser does not respond within 5 business days following the receipt of the returned item, Kitchen Stuff Plus reserves the right to begin the refund process. We will provide a refund less shipping fees. All shipping fees (including any additional return shipping fees, as determined by Canada Post) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Some orders may be re-shipped, at Kitchen Stuff Plus' discretion.
All returned orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Before calling to report your package missing, registered users should check their order status by logging in to your account. If there hasn't been an attempted delivery and you are unable to track your package online, please let us know. We will contact Canada Post on your behalf to locate your package.
Until a missing package has been returned to Kitchen Stuff Plus or declared officially lost by Canada Post or our local courier, we are unable to re-ship or refund the order. If you cannot wait for the investigation to be completed, you have the option to place a second order (paid in full). When the missing package investigation is complete, you may return the first order (if it is delivered), or we will provide a refund (if it is declared lost).
As required by Canadian law, taxes will be applied to your total order (cost of goods plus all shipping fees). This will be reflected in your order total at checkout. All applicable taxes will be charged based on the province your order is being shipped to.
Some orders shipping to the United States may be subject to additional import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
When you place an online order, you'll be emailed an order confirmation within a few moments. If you don't receive an order confirmation within an hour of placing your order, please double check junk and spam folders as these can emails often filter to these folders. If you still haven't received a confirmation email, reach out to us directly at contactus@kitchenstuffplus.com.
You'll also receive emails updating the progress of your order. The first email you'll receive is after everything has been picked, and then another once your order has been packed. Once your order has been shipped, we'll email you to let you know, including your tracking information, so you can track your order.
It can sometimes take Canada Post a full business day to process your order, so if there is no tracking information available, rest assured Canada Post is working on it.
If you were logged into your Kitchen Stuff Plus account when you placed your order, you can also check the status of your orders any time by logging in to My Account. Unfortunately, Guest Orders cannot be checked by logging into an account.
