Can I purchase a gift card online?
At this time, you cannot purchase an e-gift card online. You can purchase gift cards at any of our locations!
How can I check the balance on my gift card?
Check your balance online. If your gift card number starts with 6275, the balance cannot be checked online, due to technological limitations. Visit us in-store to have the balance checked and transfered to our new gift card system. No matter which card you have, you can always visit us in-store and have an associate check your balance.
How do I pay for my purchases with a gift card?
INSTORE: Just present your gift card when you're ready to check out at our cash register. The amount you've spent will be deducted from the stored value on your card. If a balance is remaining, you can use it for a future purchase. The card value or card balance is not redeemable for cash. If your purchase exceeds the amount on the gift card, you will be asked to pay for the difference at the time of purchase. Merchandise you've purchased using this card can be returned for a store credit only. You can not purchase a gift card with a gift card.
ONLINE: To complete your payment online with a gift card, enter the gift card number and PIN/Security Code in the Payment section when you check out. You can only use 1 gift card per transaction online. If your purchase exceeds the amount on the gift card, you will be asked to pay for the difference at the time of purchase. Merchandise you've purchased using this card can be returned for a store credit only. You can not purchase a gift card with a gift card.
