Now that your order is ready for pick up, please follow these instructions:

  1. Use the main entrance on Orfus Road, under the Clearance Outlet sign.

  2. If there is someone at the door, please form a line from the door towards the sidewalk, standing 6ft apart.

  3. Payment will be made at the door.

  1. Come to the store check out and tell our staff that you are picking up a Click & Collect Order.
  2. We accept credit cards, debit, Kitchen Stuff Plus Gift Cards, and cash.
  1. Please call the store at 416-907-5195 upon your arrival and walk to the main front doors in the centre of the building under the flashing Open sign.
  2. Inform the staff of your preference – payment can be made at the door, or inside the store.
  1. Please proceed to the rear of the building to the set of double doors.
  2. Call the store at 416-907-5195, provide the First and Last Name on your order.
  3. The staff will meet you at the door to process your payment.

Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are open as of June 30 – we will extend the return policy at these locations until July 30, 2021. Our regular return policies still apply.

We will accept returns for any purchases made between April 8, 2021 and June 11, 2021, until July 11, 2021. Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are temporarily closed, therefore we cannot accommodate returns at these locations at this time. We will extend the return policy at these locations until 1 month after these stores reopen, or you are welcome to return your purchase at any other location. Our regular return policies still apply.

RETURNS: Our Cloverdale Mall store does not have storefront pick up, therefore we cannot accommodate returns, and can only accept debit or credit card for payment at this time (at this locations). Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are temporarily closed, therefore we cannot accommodate returns at these locations at this time. We will extend the return policy at these locations until 1 month after these stores reopen, or you are welcome to return your purchase at any other location. As of December 1, 2022, we will be charging $0.05 per plastic bags to minimize consumption of single-use plastics. Cost for the number of bags will be added in-store to each sale. We encourage customers to bring their own reusable bags during pick-up to remove this cost.
