The Nespresso® Vertuo Next introduces the next generation of Vertuo technology, opening up the potential of the Vertuo system with greater features. VertuoLine machines use Centrifusion™ Technology whereby when activated the capsule spins up to 7,000 rotations per minute, blending ground coffee with water which then gets extracted into the cup. The VertuoLine machines have a capsule recognition technology which recognises the capsule that's been put in a machine and extracts the coffee based on the specific brewing parameters for that capsule.
